We are not a roofing company. We do not climb ladders, tear off shingles or send crews. Independent providers in our network do all of the roofing work, and they run their own businesses.

Why This Service Exists

A roof problem is stressful, and busy households rarely have time to sort through dozens of contractors. Rushed choices can lead to mistakes, like signing a vague contract or paying too much up front. We built Filledannounced Roofing to slow that moment down. Ground first, roof second. How Matching Works

You send a short request or make a call. We ask about the type of home, the kind of roof problem and your general location. Then we look for a provider in our network who handles that kind of job near you.

Some providers focus on full replacements. Others handle storm and hail damage. We try to match the need to the provider, though availability varies and we cannot promise a specific result.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in our network are expected to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance that Maryland and local rules require
• Give written quotes that spell out materials, scope and timing
• Explain the work in plain words
• Respect your home, your schedule and your property
• Answer questions before you sign anything

We cannot inspect every job ourselves, so please check licenses and insurance with each provider directly.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not perform roofing work
• We do not set provider prices
• We do not promise insurance coverage
• We do not pressure anyone to sign

Some policies may cover sudden damage, such as a storm. Check your policy, and ask your provider whether they can help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners are not charged a fee by Filledannounced Roofing. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. That fee does not change what you owe for your project. You pay only the provider you choose, and only for work you agree to in writing.
