How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Filledannounced Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Filledannounced Roofing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a contractor we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Contractor
Contractors in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the contractor directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and contractors who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Filledannounced Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a contractor's work or make decisions for a contractor.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@filledannounced.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the contractor
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The contractor's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
