Filledannounced Roofing is a referral service. Homeowners in Annapolis and the Annapolis area reach out about roof projects, and we connect them with independent providers in our network. If you run your own roofing business and want homeowner inquiries, this page is for you.

This is not a job with Filledannounced Roofing. You stay independent. You set your own quotes, schedule and standards. We simply help bring homeowners who are ready to talk.

Who Fits the Network

We look for contractors who:

• Focus on roof replacement and storm or hail work
• Serve homes in our part of Maryland, from colonials and split-levels to older rowhouses
• Understand local weather, from humid summers to winter ice and nor'easters
• Treat homeowners with patience and plain talk

Referral volume varies by season, area and provider availability, so we cannot promise a set number of calls.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us worried about mistakes. We ask providers to help ease that worry.

• Keep current licenses and insurance as required in Maryland
• Give written quotes with clear scope, materials and timing
• Return homeowner inquiries politely and promptly
• Plan work around busy households, with tidy sites and clear communication
• Never pressure a homeowner to sign
• Explain after-work care so the new roof lasts

Providers who do not meet these standards may be removed from the network.
